Effective 12 October 2026. By creating an account or using Stockpile you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Stockpile helps Etsy sellers track stock and understand profit, fees and demand from the data they give us. It is operated by Dataharmoni, B13, New Delhi, India. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or certified by Etsy, Inc.

Estimates, not advice

The figures are estimates. They are calculated from the files you upload and the costs you enter, using rules we describe on screen. They can be wrong or incomplete, for example if a file is missing, a cost is out of date, or Etsy changes its fees. They are not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. Check important numbers against Etsy's own statements and take professional advice before you rely on them for tax or business decisions.

Your data and your responsibilities

• You must have the right to use the Etsy files you upload and you must follow Etsy's own terms.
• You keep ownership of your data. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
• Keep your password secret and tell us if you think your account has been misused.

Acceptable use

Do not attack, overload or probe the service, try to see another user's data, or use it for anything unlawful.

Availability

The service is provided "as is". We aim to keep it running but do not promise it will always be available or error free, and we may change or stop features.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (nothing, while the service is free). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service and delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of India. We may update them; if a change matters we will tell you before it applies. Questions: hello@dataharmoni.com.
