See what is running low, what you really earn on each order, and what to reorder before Q4, from the files Etsy already gives you.
Free while in early access. No card required.
Example from the built-in sample shop: 828 orders over two years, with every fee, label and refund matched to its order.
“Etsy's own dashboard doesn't surface low-stock or sold-out listings at a glance once a shop grows past a handful of items…” so sellers fall back to spreadsheets — until the spreadsheet becomes its own problem.
Know your numbers
What did I really earn on each order, and on each product?
Also shows shipping paid by buyers against label cost. Costs are the unit costs you enter.
How close am I to Etsy's $10,000 line, and what price do I need?
Rates are Etsy's published ones as of a date shown on the page, and can change.
What am I about to run out of, and how much should I order?
From your last 90 days of sales, your supplier lead time and a safety buffer you set.
When does my shop peak, and how much do I need before it?
Needs about a year of your own history, and never guesses with less.
How many customers come back, and how long do they take?
Counts and totals only. Buyers are never named or listed.
Keep stock under control
Every item in one place, sorted by what needs attention first: sold out, then low, then fine.
Set a threshold once per item and get flagged before you oversell.
Import it once with column mapping. Your counts become your starting data, not something you re-key.
Automatic sync with your shop is planned. For now, everything runs from the files you upload.
All of it is calculated from your own Etsy files, as estimates. It is not Etsy-wide data and not financial advice.
Built for Etsy sellers with growing catalogs, not enterprise retailers.
Nothing. Every tool is free during early access, with no card needed. If we add a paid plan later, we will tell you before anything changes.
The Orders and Order Items exports and the monthly Statement from your Etsy shop. Upload all three for the full picture; a year or more of history unlocks the seasons and Q4 planner.
No. It works only from files you upload and never changes your listings, prices or quantities. Automatic Etsy connect is planned but not available yet.
Order numbers, dates, amounts, fees, item titles, SKUs and quantities, plus what you enter (costs and stock). We never keep buyer names, addresses or emails, and the uploaded files are thrown away after import. To count returning customers we keep Etsy's buyer ID only as a one-way hash. Details are in the privacy policy.
Yes. The Etsy reports page has a "Delete my Etsy data" button that removes your orders, items, fee rows and import history straight away.
They are estimates from your own files. Fee rules are Etsy's published rates as of a date shown on the page and can change, and forecasts are only as fresh as your last upload and stock count.
